Blink Girls

Blink Boutique was founded in April 2003 by Louisville native, Terri Waller. Looking for a location in the heart of St. Matthews, Blink started its home in a 1,000 square foot location. Terri had always been a boutique shopper but outside of her professional life, she was a denim and T-shirt girl. Blink began with her heart and entrepreneurial spirit

Terri found many nice dress shops in the area but not a shop that offered a fabulous selection of designer labels targeting a specific market. Her focus was to offer choices from fabulous Denim, funky T-shirts, and Dresses for all occasions.

The store had a laid back style and the customer service has always been the focus. Where customers, husbands, children and dogs have always been welcomed. Blink has a play chest to keep the little ones occupied.

With the success in the St. Matthews area, Blink was ready to expand. In September 2006, Blink moved around the corner to its current location. The space is a beautiful 1700 square feet fashion haven. The ambience is still laid back but more sophisticated with beautiful chandeliers, a cozy sitting area, luxurious dressing rooms, a denim bar and of course more space for a broader selection of inventory.

As Blink continued to grow so did the demands to continue to provide excellent customer service while choosing the correct selection of clothing. Terri decided to add a partner to take Blink to the next level. A longtime customer with a keen eye for style that mixes the latest trends with southern grace, Cara King was the perfect choice. Cara was working in the corporate world and also had a great business sense. She had always dreamed of having a boutique and with her great sense of style, it was the perfect synergy for buying choices and keeping our Louisville customers in mind. The natural partnership was formed in January 2008.

In June of 2009 Blink named Mandy Rothgerber as boutique manager. Mandy has been part of the Blink family for 6 years and is a wonderful familiar face to our customers. Her style has a fun edge and adds a great element to Blink Boutique. Mandy has a knack for knowing what our customers need and focuses on each individual’s style.

Blink Boutique is now known for the beautiful selection of dresses, ensembles, shoes, handbags, denim and jewelry. The jewelry case is also loaded with great finds like designer sunglasses and watches. We want to have something to offer every woman that comes in our door.

With three different styles what we all enjoy most are our customers.
